Design your own set of 3 Latex Balloons with our Bouquet Builder. Firstly pick the height that you wish the bouquet to stand. Either on a table or on the floor. Next select the Balloon you want to change in the drop down menu on the top right and change the colour to the colour you want from the list. The top Balloon = Balloon 1   Middle = Balloon 2   Bottom = Balloon 3 Then Choose the colour tie string that you with to use. The Balloon weight will be coordinated as near to the string as possible.
